AMD Partners With Firaxis To Bring DX12, Full Async Compute & Explicit Multi-Adapter To Civilization VI

AMD, Firaxis and 2K appear today via press release that Civilization Six will characteristic full support for DirectX 12, Asynchronous Compute and Explicit Multi-Adapter features.

The engine of Culture VI will be highly parallelized for loftier performance. Interactions with other civilizations change over the grade of the game, from primitive showtime interactions where conflict is a fact of life, to late game alliances and negotiations.

COMBINED Artillery:

Expanding on the "i unit per tile" design, support units can now be embedded with other units, like anti-tank support with infantry, or a warrior with settlers. Similar units can as well be combined to class powerful "Corps" units.

ENHANCED MULTIPLAYER

In add-on to traditional multiplayer modes, cooperate and compete with your friends in a wide variety of situations all designed to exist easily completed in a single session.

A CIV FOR ALL PLAYERS

Civilization Half dozen provides veteran players new ways to build and tune their culture for the greatest chance of success. New tutorial systems innovate new players to the underlying concepts so they can easily get started.
